Home Inspection Rates
Home Analyst’s inspection fees are dependant upon the size, the age and the complexity of the home. We take into consideration the amount of time necessary to provide a comprehensive inspection and deliver a meaningful inspection report. The charts below are provided as a guideline for your convenience based on standard inspections. Should your inspection require additional time and attention (i.e., “fixer-uppers” or homes larger than 4,000 square feet or valued over $600,000), please call us at 404-978-2266 for a customized quote.

The total fee will be the base rate plus any add-on fee(s) for individual property characteristics and additional testing. Discounts are available for multiple inspections or repeat clients.

Inspection of house for identification of issues to be covered and corrected by the builder’s one-year warranty. |
